When will my scooter arrive?

You can expect your order to arrive within 3 -7 days of placing your order.

Advanced Mobility Scooters offers free ground shipping with every purchase and arrival within 3-7 days of purchase.

If you prefer, in-home assembly and in-person instruction is available through our White Glove Delivery Service. For just $249, a qualified technician will come to your residence to ensure a quick and easy set up, as well as give an overview of how to get moving with your new scooter.

How do I maintain the life of my scooter?

Charging Tips

Read your user’s manual for best charging tips to be sure you are getting the most out of every charge.

The chair’s power cord (or off-board charger) should be plugged directly into the wall. (Plugging the cord into a power strip or extension cord may not produce the fastest charge and can reduce the batteries’ ability to hold a charge).

Completely remove the power cord from the wall before using your mobility scooter. If using an off-board charger, make sure the power cord is also disconnected from the power chair or scooter.

Be careful not to tug on, pull on, or drive over the power cord. Doing so can cause damage to the internal wiring.

Batteries should be consistently used and charged. Batteries that sit for an extended amount of time (three weeks or more) without being used will lose their charge.

Do not keep the power chair or off-board charger plugged into the wall for extended periods of time after a full charge. Doing so will reduce the batteries ability to retain the charge.

If you are planning on using your power chair or scooter throughout the day, it is recommended the batteries be fully charged the day before.

Maintenance Tips

Do not leave your scooter outside in the sun, rain, or heat for an extended amount of time. This can cause rust, moisture build up, and wear, which can damage the power chair or scooter over time.

Do not drive your scooter over gravel, rough terrain, uneven pavement, water, grass, or mud. Doing so can cause damage to the electrical system.

Payment Options

We offer several different payment options. We accept all major credit cards, as well as offer payment through Paypal.

Return Policy

Most products may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund.

A 25% restocking fee will be charged.

The product must be returned at the customer's expense in their original packaging and meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be in new condition. For example, no cracks, scratches, dirty or marked tires, or any indications of usage.
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging. You can purchase new packaging by calling customer service.
  • A Return Authorization must be requested from Advanced Mobility Scooters within 15 days of delivery of the product.
  • Once an Return Authorization has been received, products must be returned within 10 days.


All scooters have a one-year manufacturer parts warranty. This warranty will cover all manufacturer-defective parts, free of charge.

Any commercial use of the scooter will void the warranty.

Cancellation and Refusal Policy

If you refuse your scooter or cancel your order once it has shipped, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee, plus $145 for the attempted delivery and another $145 to ship back to the manufacturer.
